A Mead that's bold and earthy, with a sweet undertone. Made from the juice of Niagara grapes, it carries their characteristic, "foxy," finish.

Our Pear Mead has a sweet, slightly buttery, and light crisp taste, with prominent pear and honey notes

First Date

This Mead offers an interesting complexity. The Cardamom adds a citrusy warmth, dates bring a soft toffee like tone, and nutmeg with vanilla, creates a smooth semi sweet seasoned finish.
